Mushroomy, yeasty and still slightly youthful-cheesy bouquet with restrained, rather pithy yellow-fruity aromas and nutty tones. Clear, tangy, cool, restrained fruit, clearly yeasty and nutty tones, somewhat planty, lots of light minerality, very delicate smoky tones, some grip, very fine acidity, floral nuances, good depth, still undeveloped, very good, firm, tart, chalky-salty and almondy finish
