Nutty, somewhat mushroomy and vegetal nose with restrained yellow fruity and light bacony notes. Tart, somewhat warm and melting fruit, dried vegetal, smoky and nutty tones, a little smoke, certain persistence, fennel and aniseed tones, some marzipan, good, again somewhat warm finish.
