Firm, tart, distinctly vegetal and slightly waxy, also a hint of nutty aroma with tart yellow-fruity aromas and notes of redcurrants, floral nuances, some straw and a hint of mushrooms, pistachios and bacon. Firm, juicy and somewhat melting fruit, very fine acidity, nutty and fresh-vegetable tones, somewhat dried-floral on the palate, smoky nuances, delicately nutty and bacony, persistent, medium strength, quite complex, nutty and smoky hints, very good, firm, at the same time melting finish with juice and spice.
