Translate to English Etwas speckiger, vegetabiler, an Linsen sowie Suppenfond erinnernder Duft nach eingekochten gemischten Beeren, etwas Kirschen und Zwetschgen mit pfeffrigen und zedrigen Anklängen, ein wenig Teer, deutlich erdigen bis mineralischen Aromen und Lakritz. Kräftig im Mund, wieder viel Suppfenfond, Linsen und Speck, dazu Sellerie und Petersilie, etwas Lorbeer, Wacholder und angetrocknet wirkende Frucht, feinsandiges Tannin, nachhaltig am Gaumen, ganz leicht trocknend, erdige und salzige Töne, hat Griff, ganz leicht säuerliche Noten, etwas Tiefe, wird mit Luft immer saftiger, sehr guter Abgang.
