Still slightly smoky-reductive, also very slightly bacony nose with citrus and peach aromas as well as floral nuances and a hint of spring onions. Clear, finely juicy, not quite dry fruit, some yellow spice, herbaceous and floral nuances, salt in the background, lively acidity, good persistence, a hint of camomile and fennel, moderate grip, good to very good, slightly sweetish finish with bite.
