Somewhat alcoholic, woody aroma of predominantly black berries, coffee, tobacco and earthy notes. Tart fruit with lots of smoky wood, bitter roasted notes and sandy, somewhat drying tannins, some butter on the palate, vegetal and earthy tones, plenty of alcohol, sooty-ashy tones, hints of bacon, also salt in the background, good, albeit again bitter-woody and alcohol-rich finish.
