Clear, firm and polished, almost cool aroma of ripe black berries with hints of tobacco, Mediterranean herbs, a hint of tomato paste and cedary flavours. Polished, rather tart, finely juicy, again polished fruit, youthful, yet fine and ripe tannins, tomato paste and slightly peppery spice in the background, persistent on the palate, restrained smoky, tobacco and cedar, earthy tones, grilled peppers and courgettes, lots of salt, a hint of meat juice, very good, firm, tart-juicy and again cedar finish.
