Floral, yeasty and nutty fragrance with pome fruit notes, hints of smoke and a little butter. Quite tightly knit, clear, fine-juicy fruit with dried planty, nutty and yeasty tones, very fine perlage, delicate grip, good persistence and substance, chalky-salty hints in the background, a touch of tobacco, behind it citrus zest and again a trace of butter, very good, firm, juicy finish with bite and fine grip.
