Prominent vegetal notes on the nose, touch of cabbage, pomaceous fruit, earthy traces, whiff of lavender. Fairly firm fruit on the palate, vegetal and light earthy notes, yeasty traces, citrus aromas, cactus and floral traces, lively, refreshing acidity, delicately sweet in the background, fairly persistent, touch of green fruit, hint of bacon, good to very good finish.
