2016 Meersburg Bengel Spätburgunder trocken, Baden, Germany

Calm, delicately nutty fragrance with pome fruit notes and red berry aromas as well as hinted yellow spice. Restrained, not quite dry fruit, vegetal notes, very fine acidity, some persistence, a touch of tannin, earthy notes, tidy to good finish with very delicate bacon nuances.
