Finely spicy, slightly lactic and a trace of burnt red berry nose with mineral notes. Compact, yet rather soft, pickled red berry fruit of strawberries with a hint of citrus, herbal tones, matching acidity, very subtle sweetness, clean and animating, neat finish.
