Floral and herbaceous-vegetal, also delicately waxy nose with rather restrained yellow-fruity aromas, a touch of anise and fennel as well as hints of barrel tones. Tart, ripe, somewhat melting fruit, nutty tones, hints of yeast, light tobacco and barrel wood, relatively lively acidity and grip of ripe tannin, good substance and persistence, some salt in the background, herbal aromas, slightly muted, some medicinal bitterness, white-peppery traces, good to very good finish with mushroomy aromas.
