Clearly planty and very slightly smoky nose with restrained yellow fruity aromas and fresh light floral hints. Straightforward, somewhat apple-like fruit, nutty, floral and planty to slightly herbal aromas, nutty on the palate, some warmth and melting but no heaviness, fine acidity, herbal nuances, good persistence, very slightly floral in the background, a hint of citrus peel, very good, tart, slightly smoky finish with mineral tones.

Editor note: Almost cool, herbal-vegetable citrus nose with pome fruit notes with delicate floral and slightly nutty aromas as well as mineral hints. Clear, straightforward, bright fruit, very fine acidity, some yeast and vegetal to herbal flavours, light grip, good persistence, minerality in the background, relatively firm, very good, herbaceous-nutty, mineral finish with bright juice and some spice.
