Clearly nutty, slightly smoky and somewhat vegetal pome fruit scent with light woody tones, a little mushroom and butter. Tart, restrained fruit, smoky, nutty and again a little woody tones, vegetal notes on the palate, salt behind, relatively lively acidity, some grip, quite powerful, some persistence, good to very good, slightly drying finish with warm fruit, vegetal notes, a little wood and noticeable alcohol.

Editor note: Nutty, slightly herbal-vegetable and a hint of floral pome fruit scent with light woody nuances. Ripe, melting, somewhat warm fruit, very fine acidity and delicate grip, nutty aromas, a hint of butter, also vegetal tones in the background, good persistence, warming alcohol, relatively much melting, but also grind and bite, very good, quite juicy, again nutty and also slightly herbal finish with mineral tones.
