Clear, slightly herbal-vegetable and a hint of smoky citrus-pomaceous fruit aroma with fine floral and delicate mushroomy notes. Clear, juicy, very dry fruit, nutty and somewhat fennel-like spiciness, fine acidity, has strength and melting, but does not appear expansive, persistent on the palate, good depth, hints of ethereal herbal spice, chalky-salty tones, a hint of candy, very good finish with black berry nuances.
