Translate to English Deutlich grün-vegetabile Nase mit viel Paprika, Brokkoli und etwas Eiweiß, weißem Pfeffer, gelb- und grünfruchtigen Aromen sowie heller Mineralik. Herbe, zurückhaltende Frucht im Mund, erdigem, vegetabile und leicht hefige Noten, lebendige Säure, leicht sandiger und trocknender Gerbstoff, merklicher Alkohol, kräuterige Noten, eine Spur Holunder, guter, vegetabiler, wieder herber und alkoholstarker Abgang.
