Vegetable, somewhat mushroomy and nutty aroma with pome fruit notes, some red berries, yeast, light tobacco and fine tart spice. Yeasty, nutty and somewhat smoky in the mouth, slightly sweet fruit, very fine mousseux and some bite, again dark spice on the palate, black berry notes, hints of tobacco and juniper, good to very good finish.
