Cool, yeasty and fine-vegetable aroma with restrained, bright yellow fruity aromas and a little mushroom. Bright fruit with clearly yeasty and also nutty aromas, fine, relatively creamy mousseux, moderate sweetness, a hint of rock candy, good persistence, a hint of dark berries in the background, herbal nuances, good to very good finish.
