Yeasty, somewhat nutty and slightly floral nose with pomaceous fruit notes, hint of tobacco, mushrooms and a hint of dark berries. Tart, juicy, somewhat nutty and yeasty fruit with floral nuances, hints of dark berry flavours and also a little dark spice, fine mousseux, some grip, good persistence, salty and chalky notes, a little fresh herbs and floral nuances, mushrooms in the background, hinted dosage sweetness, slightly peppery on a very good, quite juicy and again grippy finish.
