Nutty, mushroomy and vegetal nose with notes of pomaceous fruit, yeast, hint of butter and asparagus tips. Dense, juicy, almost completely dry fruit, nutty, mushroomy and tobacco notes, fine mousseux and some grip, persistent, good substance and a certain depth, smoky nuances, asparagus tips again, chalky-salty minerality in the background, slightly bacony tones, has a certain power, but also tension and bite, still young, very good, firm finish with a slight peppery spiciness.
