Quite firm, yeasty and slightly smoky, also nutty aroma of red berries and pomaceous fruit with floral and fine spicy notes. Taut, juicy and nutty in the mouth, with vegetal flavours, some mushrooms, smoke and peppery spice, fine mousseux, grip of ripe tannin, persistent on the palate, very slightly leathery and bacony, clearly chalk and salt in the background, gripping, tobacco nuances, a hint of soy and iodine, very good, firm finish with grip and tension.
