Firm and quite deep, yeasty, finely vegetal, herbaceous and mushroomy nose, pomaceous fruit, some citrus fruit and red and black berries with fine mushroom tones, a hint of asparagus and floral to tobacco nuances. Ripe, firm and dense, juicy fruit, smoky, yeasty and mushroomy aromas, very fine mousseux, hint of ripe tannin, fresh vegetal flavours reminiscent of celery, some herbs and a little spring onion, clearly chalk and salt, also white-peppery tones, hints of black berries, persistent, good depth, slightly vinous type, very good, firm, finely juicy finish, again with mushrooms, fine vegetal flavours and elegant, relatively peppery spice.
