Cool, fine yeasty, somewhat planty citrus pome fruit nose with floral nuances and a little herbs. Clear, bright, polished, fine-juicy fruit, clearly nutty aromas, some butter, very fine mousseux, persistent on the palate, some bite, has freshness, some depth, chalky mineral hints, delicate melting, elegant style, very good, again fine-juicy, nutty and delicately buttery finish
