Bright, cool, somewhat fresh-vegetable and floral citrus nose with green-apple and slightly yeasty notes. Cool in the mouth as well, polished, bright, fine-juicy fruit, planty and nutty yeasty tones, very fine, rather moderate mousseux, a little butter in the background, good persistence, gains depth and grip with air, very good, fine-juicy, bright, polished finish
