Yeasty and slightly herbal aroma with nutty tones, yellow fruity hints and a little black berries. Slender, rather tart fruit, nutty and yeasty tones, very slightly smoky on the palate, also a trace of chocolate in the background, quite fine mousseux and some grip, good persistence, certain acid bite, only hinted at dosage sweetness, good to very good finish.
