2019 Südtirol / Alto Adige DOC Sauvignon "Marzan", Alto Adige, Italy

Tart, distinctly herbal aroma with yellow fruity aromas, a hint of root vegetables, minerality and floral traces. Ripe, quite tightly knit, again tart fruit, some melting, very fine acidity and moderate grip of ripe tannin, smoky and woody nuances on the palate, chalky tones in the background, good substance and persistence, hints of black berries, floral hints, a little tart nutty, very good, firm finish.
