Tart nose, prominent partly dried vegetal notes, hint of mushrooms, restrained white and green fruit, hint of bacon, floral traces. Clear, firm, bone dry fruit on the palate, prominent vegetal notes, delicate hint of bacon, elegant acidity, light grip, yeasty notes in the background, good substance and persistence, full-bodied, but also fresh, some depth, hint of dark berries, very light perfumed floral notes on a good to very good, tart, juicy finish.
