Cool, planty and yeasty citrus nose with some green apple. Nutty, yeasty and planty to slightly herbaceous in the mouth, restrained fruit, relatively fine perlage, some persistence, a hint of butter in the background, a little woody notes, delicately sweet melting, good finish
