Cloudy lemon yellow. Cool, distinctly verbena-vegetable and also yeasty pome fruit nose with citrus notes and a little nutmeg as well as floral nuances. Clear, tart and cool, polished, fine-juicy fruit, clearly yeasty aromas and again verbena, some grip of friable tannin, lively, fine acidity, good persistence, a touch of curry in the background, chalky and salty tones, good to very good, tart finish.
