Firm, yeasty, slightly nutty, still somewhat reductive aroma with fine pome fruit and hints of citrus, herbaceous-vegetal hints, a hint of flowers, butter and delicate barrel tones. Tart, calm, somewhat melting, yet slender fruit, vegetal, nutty, yeasty and other mushroomy tones, moderate acidity, delicately buttery on the palate, persistent, certain power, chalky and salty mineral hints, a little vegetable in the background, crumbly tannin, very good, again calm, fine-juicy finish that gains bite with air.
