Tart, still slightly muted, somewhat vegetal, nutty and yeasty nose with calm, bright yellow fruity notes and floral hints. Again rather calm fruit, nutty, vegetal and delicately floral tones, very fine acidity, some grip of crumbly tannin, good persistence, chalky, salty minerality, a touch of fresh butter, smoky traces, some depth, very good, quite firm finish.

Best to drink: Mitte 2022 bis 2025+. What our ratings mean
