2020 Soave Superiore DOCG "Monte San Piero", Veneto, Italy

Firm and deep, somewhat woody, slightly floral and hinted at yellow-spicy aroma with calm, slightly warm yellow-fruity aromas, some vanilla, fennel and green olives as well as ethereal nuances. Firmly woven, tart, somewhat melting fruit with clear, bright, somewhat smoky and restrained toasty wood spice, very fine acidity, grip of crumbly tannin, vegetal and mushroomy notes, again also yellow spice, in the background salt, hints of olive oil and butter, certain alcohol warmth, very good, tart, again relatively woody finish.
