Cool, yeasty and somewhat nutty pome fruit scent with a little citrus peel and a hint of dried mushrooms. Quite firmly knit, fine juicy fruit with nutty, yeasty and a little herbaceous-vegetable aromas, again also dried mushrooms in the background, smoky nuances, good persistence, relatively fine mousseux, delicate grip, a hint of dark berries in the background, smoky and tobacco nuances, very good, firm, juicy and finely spicy finish.
