2016 Soave Superiore DOCG "Monte San Piero", Veneto, Italy

Somewhat developed, nutty, smoky and a little yellow-spicy aroma of ripe yellow fruits with mushroomy and slightly bacony notes and a hint of butter. Quite powerful in the mouth, ripe, juicy fruit with sweet melting and smoky-bacon notes, herbal aromas, a little reminiscent of chives, nutty tones and floral nuances, fine acidity, grip of crumbly tannin, persistent, distinct minerality, a little butter and caramel, hints of tobacco, very good, somewhat warm finish
