2012 Soave Superiore DOCG Monte San Piero, Veneto, Italy

Very slightly open, spicy and herbaceous aroma of partly dried yellow fruits with very fine floral and tobacco aromas as well as nutty and mineral tones. Dry, fine-juicy fruit in the mouth, herbaceous-vegetable and delicately spicy nuances, light nut aromas, very fine acidity, persistent on the palate, rather cool despite its power, earthy to mineral tones in the background, detached style, a hint of butter, very good finish with finesse
