2009 Soave DOC Colli Scaligeri, Veneto, Italy

Somewhat nutty and yeasty aroma of partly dried pome fruit with vegetal hints and earthy to mineral traces. Tart and quite firm in the mouth, clear, restrained fruit with clearly vegetal and also mineral notes, relatively present, fine acidity, medium power and good persistence, yeasty notes, very good finish
