Firm, tobacco, iodine, a little animal and slightly peppery scent of red and black berries with dried-floral nuances, lovage and a little juniper. Ripe, first quite juicy fruit that becomes a little morbid with air, present tannin and some bite, dried-herbal and -floral tones, some iodine, a hint of chocolate and roasting on the palate, has power, good persistence, very good finish.

Best to drink: 2023-2028+. What our ratings mean
