Clear citrus flavour with some vanilla and vegetal notes, hints of smoke and mineral notes. Finely juicy, somewhat melting, not quite dry fruit, nutty tones, again a little vanilla, buttery hints on the palate, some smoke and tobacco, certain persistence, fine acidity, very good finish.
