2022 Cabernet Sauvignon trocken, Württemberg, Germany

Tart, somewhat dried-vegetable and a hint of fleshy aroma of black berries with notes of paprika, floral and earthy notes. Relatively firm, clear, juicy fruit, some bite and youthful, relatively polished, only a hint of drying tannin, dried vegetal notes and a little paprika on the palate, slightly smoky, roasted and bitter chocolate wood spice, good substance and persistence, a little salt in the background, very good finish with dark juice and slightly ethereal spice.
