2015 Barolo DOCG Rocche dell'Annunziata Riserva "Bricco Francesco", Piedmont, Italy

Firm, rather tart, somewhat tobacco and coffee spicy aroma of red and a little black berries with juniper notes, dried mushrooms and tar. Tart, tightly knit fruit with nutty and slightly cocoa and coffee spicy tones, present, tight, ripe tannin, persistent, a little dried floral and juniper tones, toasty hints, very good, firm, slightly warm finish, again with some cocoa and coffee spicy wood tones. Needs to mature.
