2013 Barolo DOCG Rocche dell'Annunziata Riserva "Bricco Francesco", Piedmont, Italy

Firm, dried floral, iodine and slightly tobacco scent of red berries with slightly cedar and hinted tarry notes. Tart and firm also in the mouth, ripe, quite juicy fruit with nutty aromas, some smoke and woody tones, firm, still rather youthful tannin, some acid bite, mineral tones in the background, lasting, good depth, salty and chalky notes, very good, firm, juicy and spicy finish
