Firm, clearly vegetal, a little fennel-like aroma with bright yellow fruity notes, floral nuances and a hint of pepper. Ripe, somewhat warm, tart white fruit with black berry nuances, herbal to floral tones, fine acidity, good persistence and substance, some melting, woody notes, very good, again somewhat warm finish.
