Cool, fairly tart nose, elegant herbaceous notes, hint of bacon, predominantly red berries, delicate dried floral and mineral notes. Straightforward, elegant, juicy, slightly spicy fruit on the palate, herbaceous aromas, salty traces in the background, fine youthful tannins, light bite, good to very good finish.
