2015 Südtirol / Alto Adige DOC Gewürztraminer Auratus Crescendo, Alto Adige, Italy

Yellow spice on the nose, light nutty and herbaceous notes, partly dried citrus fruit, whiff of pomaceous fruit and a hint of bitter orange. Ripe, partly dried yellow fruit on the palate, dried orange peel, hint of yellow spice, fairly concentrated and persistent, full-bodied, noticeable warm alcohol, moderate acidity, some sugar candy, hint of bees wax, yeasty and vegetal traces, light grip, very sweet and creamy on a very good finish.
