2012 Mitterberg IGT passito Sonus, Alto Adige, Italy

Very clean, clear nose, sweet, woth candied and preserved yellow fruit, elegant vegetal and herbaceous aromas, yellow floral traces. Creamy, clear, very sweet fruit on the palate, prominent sugar candy and some honey, floral traces and some yellow spice, very elegant acidity, persistent, light floral notes, polished, nutty traces, hint of cocoa in the background, some caramel, not particularly deep, but very well made, very good finish.
