Translate to English Leicht entwickelter, etwas gewürziger, holziger und an Bergkräuter erinnernder Duft nach teils eingemachten gemischten Beeren mit speckigen, leicht rauchigen und an getrocknetes Wurzelgemüse erinnernden Noten. Reife, ganz leicht kompottige, eher rote Frucht im Mund, nussiges und röstiges Holz mit Vanillearomen, ganz leichte Chilischärfe am Gaumen, schokoladige und etwas speckige Töne, ein wenig Kräuter im Hintergrund, viel süßlicher Schmelz, fast sämige Art, nachhaltig, ein wenig sandiges und antrocknendes Tannin, im Hintergrund Hagebuttenmark, gewisse Wärme, etwas kompottig und recht holzig im sehr guten Abgang.
