Preserved and marinated cherries and mixed berries on the nose, coconut, smoky notes, roasted spicy notes. Ripe, juicy fruit on the palate, prominent smoky, roasted oak, elegant acidity, relatively fine but slightly astringent tannins, full-bodied and very creamy, some chocolate, noticeable alcohol, slightly too much oak on an otherwise good finish.

Best to drink: Bis 2015+. What our ratings mean
