2005 Südtirol / Alto Adige DOC Gewürztraminer Crescendo, Alto Adige, Italy

Cool and slightly perfumed nose, slightly bitter notes of tea leaves, rose petals and herbs. Fairly cool, too, on the palate, almost firm in spite of the high alcohol and powerful body, dry, medium, soft, slightly dissolute yellow fruit, gentle bitter note in the background, slightly perfumed in the mouth, too, noticeable sweet extract, good finish. Interesting in its youth, in spite of the full body.
