Clear, polished, rather tart black berry nose with fresh herbal-vegetable aromas, restrained barrel tones, sour cherries, blood and a little black olives. Tight, fresh, juicy dark fruit, some bite and youthful, relatively fine, thereby slightly drying tannin, nutty and delicately peppery tones, a hint of herbs, smoky nuances, good persistence, in the background also salt, very good, fine-juicy, tight finish with some soot and baking cocoa.

Best to drink: 2024-2029+. What our ratings mean
