Clear, somewhat herbal and peppery nose with black berry aromas, a little smoke, black olives, restrained wood spice, Brazil nut, and animal traces. Clear, tangy dark fruit with smoky and distinctly bitter-chocolate flavours, quite taut, youthful, fine tannin, persistent and powerful on the palate, ethereal spice, a little salt, very good, tangy finish.

Best to drink: Mitte 2024 bis 2032+. What our ratings mean
